Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@auriina.shop

We will do our best to accommodate requests received before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
